AutoBDIISEs.py should use glue2

Some SEs (e.g. UKI-NORTHGRID-MAN_HEP) seem to have stopped publishing in glue1. It looks like all the necessary information is in glue2 (apart from the Imperial SE, but this is something for Simon/Dan to look at).

That I think is still current and with:
DIRACGrid/DIRAC#5110
this might even be fairly urgent.

I don't know if this is related, but I recently had to redo some sites (after the fallout from this, this had just had acquired too many queues: DIRACGrid/DIRAC#5582) and when I redid them from scratch the SE = option was missing from the sites (not sure if it matters). This is more of a reminder to look into this rather than a very urgent request(TM)
