NK cells phenotype

Hi!
Are the NK cells in the output of quantiseq, activated NK cells or resting/inactive NK cells?
Is the NK cell data used for "training" quantiseq made of active NK cells or resting?

You can find detailed information for all cell-type-specific expression profiles used for quanTIseq signature in the Additional File 1.
NK cell profiles, specifically, are from Linsey et al. and Hoek et al. studies.
