Need to rename the over lay currently listed as 'long' and the 'long_lasting_insecticide_net' to indicate what it actually is (ask Nick how he wants it described), but in the meantime - something like: 'combined pyrethroid IR/LLIN efficacy'- suggest it is moved to the top of the list of insecticides
