Detect cheaters with abnormal cmds

In this replay, P3 does 9 cmds in frame#3 which is a very early frame too. I remember there was a tool by you too maybe called BWHF that detects those abnormal cmds/cheats, this would be more important than detecting spam cmds to produce eAPM, what do you think ?

Yes, it's very early, but it depends on a lot of things, e.g. latency, turn rate, lag, whether players are geographically close to each other or playing on Battle.net or LAN. Also note that all other players have actions at frame 3, so this alone doesn't seem suspicious to me.

Currently I have no plans to add hack detection to RepMastered. Implementing a reliable/correct hack detection that's also useful (e.g. catches a good portion of hackers) is a massive undertaking.
