Some answers should be dynamically generated

The pressed.cfg file has many answers hardcoded.

It would be convenient to have some answers generated dynamically.

Examples

• d-i debian-installer/locale string fr_FR is not accurate when shipping a server to Australia
• d-i time/zone string Europe/France idem

Suggestions

The file could be a PHP generated file, with some answers built from the URL.

Example: auto url=http://preseed/go?lang=us_US&timezone=Australia/Sydney
