Default web page

For people who are using this as a service and the tool uses a specific domain for the short url's, there should be a way to change the main web page that a user sees when they go to just the domain site. An option to select a default index.html file within the settings would be great.

For example,
Domain.com is the group that wants a shortener service.
They buy d.co for the short domain.
Short domains look like this - d.co/short
But if anyone goes to d.co....it says "slug required" instead of a page saying "This is Domain.com's short service"

This functionality would improve the user experience by providing clarity and branding for those using the shortener service.
