Identity enrollment with biographic and biometric data on MOSIP infra.

The goal is:

• Create sample VC for dev, test and demo.
• Understand the workflow.

Workflow:

• Pre-registration: create a new registration, enter biographic data, upload proof documents and book the calendar for offline registration at the office.
• Registration: update biographic data if needed, capture biometric data.
• Registration Process (reg-proc): dedup process, create UIN number and identity record.

Known issue:

• Registration client error prevent login.

It would be good if we can use API or script to create sample data without go through full above workflow.
