What HTTP/2 transport?

In the implementation draft there is an own section (10.8) on HTTP/2 transport. However HTTP/2 seems to be covered by section 10.6. However, we should probably cover HTTP/3 as well.

+1 on also covering HTTP/3. This is a related discussion:

Should this all go in the QUIC mapping document? QUIC mapping is below our API, yet HTTP/3 is above... still, I think discussing it all in one document would be the best way forward.
