The front page currently only includes a welcome message and the toc. This should be more welcoming.
The first section should include a welcome message as well as a short description of ESRA and a link to ESRA so that every new visitor has a changes to understand immediately what this is all about.
There should also be a picture or even a video right below the welcome message. Maybe these could change with every update to the docs.
There should also be a link to the contact information right below that.
The complete contents tree may be placed at the bottom of the page.
