Define one file activity

As a Professor
I want to define an one file activity
So that I can assess learnings with one file activities

Acceptance criteria:

• There must be some way to choose an activity with one file
• There should be a way to name the activity
• There must be a way to describe an activity
• There must be a way to configure the activity
• The activity data must be saved
• There should exist a link to the github repository for a template
• There should exist a link to the github repository for a solution
• Should be possible to define an opening date
• Should be possible to define an due date
• Should be possible to define late submission date
• A log of the activity definition should be made in the system
