same. I put some time in and then paused. cool project but got distracted on setup

this thing is a total mess. completely unusable. weird configs, settings make zero sense, and the whole thing is stuffed with .env files and random api keys everywhere. no docs, no clue how to even run it. couldn’t even bother to throw in a couple lines on how to use it. definitely not something ready to be published.
