Game crash when self hit by Shuriken while wearing Rough Enchantment

• Construct's Armory: 1.12.2.1.2.5.10
• Tinkers' Construct: 1.6.0
• Mantle: 1.3.3.55
• Forge: 14.23.5.2860
• Minecraft version: 1.12.2

Observed Behavior:

Game / Server will crash when you hit yourself with a Shuriken while wearing Rough enchanted armor.

Expected Behavior:

The game to not crash and not try to loop damage to yourself.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Throw Shuriken straight in the air while wearing the enchantment Rough
2. Get hit by Shuriken
3. Profit will be game and if on multiplayer, the entire server will crash or hang.

Crash log cannot be provided due to this bug causing server hang.

As of now the fix shown for #43 no longer appears to work.
