Create an up-to-date Vite + Imba example using Electron

Description

This is an open issue for anyone who wants to try out the new starter templates and make a guide for how to use Imba within Electron.

There is an existing Electron template, but it is out of date and may not be worth trying to update. A faster and less challenging approach could be to start from scratch, potentially basing it on the newly updated Tauri template.

After imba/imba#703 was merged, we added new starter templates in imba/imba#707.

We have a few examples + guides for deploying to different server providers / static site hosts now:

Next steps

• Use this starter template, and integrate it into an Electron desktop application
