Integrate this starter template with Ionic

Description

This is an open issue for anyone who wants to try out the new starter templates and make a guide for how to integrate it with Ionic / Capacitor.

It may be useful to see how Imba (before we switched bundlers to use Vite) was integrated into Flutter, by looking at the https://github.com/codeluggage/imbutter project.

An example of how to integrate Imba with other technologies like this is the Tauri template.
