Add a step-by-step example repo for deploying to Vercel

Description

This is an open issue for anyone who wants to try out the new starter templates and make a guide for how to deploy it to Vercel.

After imba/imba#703 was merged, we added new starter templates in imba/imba#707.

We have a few examples + guides for deploying to different server providers / static site hosts now:
