The form submission failed

Using Invisiblerecaptcha 7.0.2, the form consistently fails to work, displaying a spam error message after every submission.
Typo3 version : 12.4.22
Powermail version : 12.4.3
Powermail condition : 11.2.3
Invisiblerecaptcha : 7.0.2
