The problem with potions

Please add a configuration that allows you to disable changes to potions. I'm talking about the time they drink and the cooldown

And I noticed a few more problems.

1. New potion textures are not displayed on all potions. For example, potions from Abnormals mods do not have your unique texture. Potions that are extended and enhanced.
2. Some potions have a longer cooldown that cannot be configured. For example, a healing potion, there is a cooldown of 15 seconds and a drinking time of 0.5 seconds, and this cannot be configured.
3. Incompatibility with the Eating Animation mod (I mean about potions that use your texture). As far as I understand, this is different for you. In vanilla, the bottle texture is superimposed on the potion texture (potion overlay), and the Eating Animation mod makes a drinking animation. But this animation is not on potions where your texture is used.
4. From the previous point - either fix the texture overlay mechanism itself, or add a configuration to disable this function.

In general, everything related to potions needs to be improved, since changing vanilla mechanics is serious.

I do need to make the texture changes configurable, thanks for pointing it out

And to revert them back to their default behavior, set the cooldown to 0 or lower and the drinking time to 32 (vanilla default)

Would it be possible to add a config option for disabling the potion tooltip addition (the drinking speed) as well, like can be done with catalysts?
