create a server image with no knowledge artefacts deployed

still keep the templates/archetypes etc available under a volume but do not place them into ethercis's file based knowledge repo

@freshehr you may want to test this from issue_8 branch. it should give you a server with no templates etc but the ones that comes with ethercis release are available from a volume (eth-server-knowledge-artefacts)

Confirmed working correctly - no templates installed.

sounds like expected behaviour to me but need to do some reading on this. I'd say it deserves its own issue if you don't mind creating one :)
