Bug: Encoder sends absolute values instead of relative in Auto (-1) mode when sensitivity > 150

Describe the bug
When the encoder mode is set to Relative (Binoffset) and the sensitivity is higher than 150, the encoder starts sending absolute mode values instead of relative ones — but only when the MIDI block is set to Auto (-1).

To Reproduce

1. Set encoder mode to Relative (Binoffset)
2. Set sensitivity above 150
3. Observe that encoder sends absolute values instead of relative
