Get nonce and attest nonce throw an 403 error if Trailing "/" in connection URL and Base URL

If we pass the trailing "/" in the connection and base URL, it throws a 403 status code.

@Jagat-Bisht Passing "/" after domain name makes URL invalid from gateway perspective .
We use AWS API gateway as api gateway which has strict check on allowed URL. If url is wrong/not available on gateway gateway reject it with 403 Forbidden error.
