Deploying production attempts to load unrelated items

Bug experienced on an interoperability system:

Use the interoperability deployment manager to export a business host MyX12. Attempt to deploy it, while Embedded Git is configured as the source control extension with production decomposition enabled.

Expected behavior: The one business host should successfully deploy, and Embedded Git should automatically export the new host settings to the Git repository.

Experienced behavior: The deploy fails with an error "Errored executing SaveToClass for the production to update XDATA section at the end of deployment. Check Portal configuration." It appears to be loading an unrelated PTD item from the Git repository.
