[BUG] Search view should show user.fullName and user.profilePic

This bug is more of an enhancement than bug, but adding it as a bug since the view already exists.

This is a tad harder since the search RSS feed doesn't return these details like the normal RSS feed does. This can be worked around by scraping using SwiftSoup.
