[Chore]: Restore aimed folder structure for SN and AT examples

Task description

The folder structure for Single Notarization and Audit Trail examples needs to be:

• ...
• examples
  • audit-trail
  • notarization
  • ...
• ...

where the notarization folder shall include all Single Notarization examples.

At the moment, the Single Notarization examples are directly contained in the examples folder which has been introduced with PR #273

To restore the aimed folder structure following tasks need to be done:

• prepare a PR in the IOTA monorepo that updates all impacted example paths to include the new additional notarization folder (especially all code references for Single Notarization how-to pages are impacted)
• Prepare a PR in the Notarization repository that - more or less - reverts PR Restore original examples folder structure to maintain how-toand real-world-example pages #273
  • Please note the steps described in the current examples/run.sh file

Both PRs (in the iota.git and notarization.git repos) need to be merged as simultaneously as possible to avoid breaking the example code references in our Single Notarization how-to pages.
