catkin build fails due to ROS 2 dependencies on Noetic

Hello, I'm trying to build the project on a clean Ubuntu 20.04 with ROS Noetic, following the README.

The catkin build fails because dependencies like qp_solver_collection are identified as ament_cmake (ROS 2) packages and are skipped. Could you please check the depends.rosinstall file?

Some dependency packages default to ROS2 and have dedicated ROS1 branches. Could you manually switch branches? BWC is still in the process of migrating to ROS2.

For example, the QpSolverCollection has the following branches for ROS1:
