Cannot specify custom issuer when creating QR code

Good day!

I run into an issue trying to use your library, I could not create a custom issuer for the code.
By default, it is hardcoded to "One Sony"

I made a small changes to the generation process and will make a pull request shortly, it will be nice if you could update project on npm with those changes so I can reference npm repo instead of my own.
