Cannot link Libby account

Using an X3 with the latest SD plugin beta firmware. I can generate a setup code for Libby in the Crosspoint web app, but after entering the code into Libby I consistently receive the following error from the web app:

Link failed: /api/relay 502: transport failure

About 25% of the time I also get this error before the setup code will generate. Setting up the credential through Protected Content took multiple attempts with similar connection related issues, but did eventually work. I thought this might be similar but have yet to have success.

Make sure you don't have any extensions or settings or vpns that might be blocking cookies or traffic

Thanks, here's an update.

Disabled VPN: no luck

Changed Firefox settings to the most permissive, disabled all extensions: no luck

Downloaded Chrome and did not alter default settings: able to link and correctly display active loans, but now unable to transfer a loan successfully. Receiving the same 502 transport failure error.

For the life of me I can't figure which specific setting, if any, is different between Firefox and Chrome to at least allow the link. Happy to keep trying different suggestions if it is helpful to development.

Can you send me a serial log while you're trying to do it?

Sorry, I don't know how to do that yet, but I can confirm it happens at distributor authentication each time. Might be a while before I figure out minicom (if I should be using it), I'll give another update if/when I have a log for you.
