No new payments found

Hello, i have installed the FinTS Module on ERPnext 13.x
configuration of Bank and Account will be easy and has given no error.

But if i start new FinTS import i always get the notice "No new payments found".
I think this will be an issue.

We work with VR-Bank

@htom79 check if you have set the from_time and to_time right.

Also if the import has already been done it will not import again.

Hello Wolfram, thanks for your fast answer.

I have done the settings and FinTS has connected to the bank and shown me the additional bank accounts.

After them i have done the import, I have testet different periods. So i have set the right start and end date but it will nothing import.

thanks for your answer.

• Now i have specify the default customer or default supplier, then the import shows Data

• I have no JSON Button and not the fields in your screenshot

• But in the list (see screenshot) i have all Payments to this specify the default customer or default supplier

• I can not see the usage description from the bank.

• I should be shown every payment to the right customer or supplier

• I should also assign the payment with outgoing invoice or incoming invoice
