Create an admin dashboard

Consider using the Flask-Admin package in addition to a page with custom metrics.

The admin branch currently has a working dashboard, but it is currently not restricted to only admin users, and the "/admin" endpoint isn't ideal considering a true admin dashboard with metrics, etc., is planned.
