Guitarist in a touring band (unfamiliar with coding) gets displayplacer installed via homebrew. It works! :-) but the 3 x 10" screens keep losing their settings (as per the Help pages).
After 4 days of testing, I use SwitchResX to see the EDIDs. Seems all these (cheapo) monitors have the same serial number. So, if you are mirroring 2 of these screens off 1 of them - and you get a connection glitch - that's bound to confuse Mac OS
