I have obtained Firebrand and thunderhand but I cannot use firebrand dash. I was able to use firebrand dash to obtain the Red pearl but after leaving the area I was never able to use it. When I tried, Luigi just gets angry. I am able to use luigi's thunderhand on mario as a pair and it works.
