Attempting to Connect to Dolphin...

Hello, I am having a really tough time with this and I don't understand why.
I have done all the steps to a T. I've deleted everything (Dolphin, ISO File, Archipelago) and redownloaded so it's all fresh. Regenerated multiple seeds leaving out some options that may be crashing the game.

MAIN ISSUE(s):
-Starting the game from the patch file, I only got the choice to pick my Dolphin Launcher, not the iso file. (This only happened after reinstalling Dolphin again)
-Lets me create a file (Save Name) when I click Done, I get the notification that it's saving to the memory card (GC Games configured to save to memory card, in Dolphin) then the curtain pulls across, I can see it loads the Mario + Luigi house scene, but the curtain doesn't pull back, like it is freezing. No Sound, just the curtain and the little brown bar (Included Images "Wont go passed here").
-Archipelago is also giving me an error message at the same time saying:
"Attempting to connect to Dolphin..."
"Dolphin hooked but TTYD is not running. Please load Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door." (Error message included in files). This is WHILE the patch is running. I have tried running the clean version at the same time as launching the patch as an extra measure, and nothing.

EXTRAS:
-I am connecting the TTYD Client to my MultiWorld just fine, so I dont believe this is the issue. (Image included anyways)

-Loading the Clean iso TTYD in Dolphin, and it plays perfectly fine.

-I have tried messing around with graphics and other settings, and hasn't helped. (Since have reinstalled Dolphin with the defaults, and required boxes checked and unchecked.)

I just don't know what is wrong, like I said, I have done all the steps to a T. Had tried to connect to a friends world, (me providing the YAML, him providing the patch) and after 8 hours, we still couldn't figure it out, so tonight I tried generating my own multiworld, and ran into the same issues.

I have the most recent Archipelago, and Dolphin installs, my paper mario is USA version, the ttyd ap file is right from this page, YAML is in the location listed on the website (Program Data - Archipelago - Players)

I think I have covered all that I am having issues with. I have included multiple screenshots, and my YAML file for review.

I only got the choice to pick my Dolphin Launcher, not the iso file.

Review the comment I posted to #73 for the paths.

For the rest, I think more information is needed. Archipelago version, apworld version (used to generate, and should be the same version you're using as well), as well as verifying the iso is in .iso format (not shown in screenshots)

This was originally launched with an EU copy of the game, leading to incorrect patching. There will be a copy of the TTYD ISO file at the base of your Archipelago installation. Delete this copy, then try and repatch. This MUST be patched with a US based copy

I'm encountering the same issue, i'm patching it through with a USA version of the game, at 1.36GB.

The game opens, though preceives with the similar message of Dolphin hooked, but TTYD not running. Attempting to run with the newest APworld version with multiplayer, though not getting results.

The notes within the APworld installation shows to enable Emulated Memory Size Override, though every other source shows to disable this to solve this issue. The problem found is that this APworld will not allow itself to run without this enabled.
