cant get it to load in archipelego

im having an issue just getting this loading in archipelago tho it might be cause im a noob. the output file doesn't even seem to open half the time and when it does it only lets me choose a rom and not the emulator. im not sure whats going on. ive uninstalled archipelago several times. and thats what i mean by 'half the time' it doesnt even seem to open. can someone help?

In host.yaml there should be options for the ROM and Dolphin, verify that these are correct, relative to Archipelago's folder:
