I can not start the project in the browser

I can not start the project in the browser. Start Yarn, but just give it trying to load. Do I need to set something up in docker?

Have you guys started the docker image first? It is this step which will load the DB and run a server.

EDIT: my setup here is:

• Win 10.1903 (18362.356)

• Docker desktop 2.1.0.2 (37877) - running linux containers (because I sometimes boot into linux to work on other projects)

• PHP 7.3.9

• Composer 1.9.0

• Node 10.16.3

• NPM 6.9.0 (not that you will need it, but I use it a lot).

• Yarn 1.17.3
