Making this bot forward messages, media from private channels

I'd appreciate if you could contribute to this work.

The bot must have admin privileges to control all the messages in the channel. Then we need to create a logic that uses message_id and telegram in built forward option, then should reply with that message to certain callbacks (keyboard actions)
