Assemblies product version is commit hash instead of build number

The Product Version number should be the Github actions build # for the Major.Minor.Patch.BuildNo versioning schema. Currently it is the commit hash instead.

Not really sure why this is happening. As far as the Github documentation goes, this should be returning a run number for github.run_number and not a commit hash.
