Command pallette styling needs clear division

There's not clear division between the filter and list, and inbetween individual elements.

adding separators between the individual items looks a bit too noisy, since there are a lot of them and they're pretty small

We don't need to add separators between them, but we should probably take a look at making them more visually distinct
