Document NavTabs internal elements: NavTab and NavItem #1
Description
The documentation for NavTabs talks about using NavTab and NavItem, and the examples show props etc on those components, but they're not documented anywhere.
The alphabetical sort will work okay this time, but we should take this opportunity to work out how docs for Component families like this should be grouped -- maybe NavTabs should get its own section?
