Describe the bug

The hierarchy can extract tags from the body with the 'move out of parent' context item.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a tag in the body.
2. Right click
3. Click ' move out of body '

Expected behaviour
Rejected with popover message

Actual behaviour
Tag is moved outside the body, and cannot be viewed in the hierarchy anymore.
