Love the addition of people skills and I'm wondering if you would consider moving them up? I'm concerned having them at the bottom reinforces the misconception that people skills are of lower value than technical skills.
I see that they don't fit well into the header axis provided in the technical skills section so it probably makes sense they are in a separate box. However, I'm worried the design makes it seem like people skills are an after-thought, bonus, either/or instead of core skills.
