With 0.8.1-jira6 in Jira 6.3.6 with IE 11 the arrows are not shown initially. Only after using the mouse wheel for zooming the arrows appear. They are still visible, even if you scroll back again to 100 %.
In Google Chrome the arrows appear immediately.
