# in section results in error with minted lua filter

I use https://github.com/pandoc/lua-filters/tree/master/minted
For something like

# Test `#`

pandoc converts it into latex

\section{\texorpdfstring{Test
\mintinline[]{text}{#}}{Test }}\label{test}

which reports error.

Is this a bug for the lua filter or pandoc?

There may be problems with \mintinline inside a section header. Check the minted documentation?
