Export to pdf not working

Steps to reproduce

1. Open diagrams.net with self-hosted Nextcloud (draw.io app).
2. Create any diagram.
3. File → Export as → PDF.

Expected
PDF is generated and downloaded (same as on https://app.diagrams.net/).

Actual
New tab opens https://convert.diagrams.net/node/export → blank page, no download.

Environment

• Nextcloud: 31.0.9
• draw.io app: 3.1.1

Found the same here. My workaround is to copy the document into diagrams.net and export the pdf from there

Interestingly all other exports (as png, html, xml) are working fine and can be used as a workaround. Also uploading the .drawio file to the web version of the service does allow exporting to PDF.

Apologies for taking so long. Thanks for picking this up:

Browsers tested:
Firefox v140.7.1 ESR
Edge 145.0.3800.70

OS: Windows 10 and Windows 11

No error messages in "Browser Console" (Firefox) when selecting "Export as PDF", "Download". Just an empty page (in the browser, no download starting.)
