Unable to download JAR file and Unable to import auto:engine in XML

Does not showing the import options for auto:engine in XML how to fix it?? Please tell me If I have messed up some thing to add
and also I am unable to download jar file so I have implemented only dependency only

Yes i also finding jar file but can't find anywhere
when I go for download jar file from maven repository then it is telling for give email and password but I have signed in jfrog using Google login then how can I give password and email
