If Chrome and Safari are both checked in the settings (which they are by default), and your default browser is Chrome, it will open Safari instead of refreshing the tab on Chrome. I corrected this behavior by unchecking Safari in the Settings menu. I think you should check what the default browser is in the system and then do the magic there.
Even if this is not fixed, this is a wonderful package. It really speeds up my workflow. Thank you for creating it, Jake! 😀
Just in case you need to know this information: I'm running OS X El Capitan 10.11.4, Chrome 49.0.2623.110 (64-bit) and Safari 9.1 (11601.5.17.1).
