`tap list` returns notes in an unexpected order

Summary

Running tap list on a keg returned notes in an order that did not match the default behavior I expected. First time I have observed this.

Reproduction

Not yet reliably reproduced. Filing now to preserve the report; will update with:

• Exact tap list invocation (flags and arguments, if any).
• Output excerpt showing the unexpected ordering.
• The ordering that was expected and why.
• Approximate keg size at the time and any tap edit / tap create activity preceding the observation.

Environment

• OS: macOS
• tapper version: to be captured on next repro
• Approximate keg size: ~1000 nodes
