config parsing not working for -c

When inputting -c example.toml, all .toml files in root are chosen

Try wrapping the filename, -c "example.toml" or prefixing it with ./ if it’s in the current directory (-c ./example.toml).
Check if the file actually exist where you are looking, if the file doesn’t exist where you think it does, the tool might revert to searching for any .toml it can find.
If example.toml is not in the same directory that your terminal is running from, the tool might not see it.
