Some instructions and entire recipes not being parsed

I've been working on a little tool to convert recipes, using your parser. Initially, I was testing with BBC which works perfectly. But with other websites I ran into some trouble.

You've probably long since moved on from this parser, but in case you haven't, this is what I noticed:

• Recipes from Food.com, Bon Appétit and Epicurious have empty instructions. Real Simple's Spring Pea Salad, Lemony Asparagus Pasta and Corn Pasta Salad for example.
• Recipes from Serious Eats and Allrecipes throw an NPE, for example Choreg (Armenian Easter Bread) Recipe and Creamy au Gratin Potatoes
• Recipes from the Tasty Wordpress plug-in result in a different NPE, for example Roast Beef Sliders
