I DLed the portable version. I saw the section in the github readme about custom data folders.
I created a shortcut with the parameter
--user-data-dir="Z:\Super Productivity\Data"
because the data shall be located on a portable drive z:.
It seems it detects the parameter but I only get error messages from DB INIT and others when starting SP via the shortcut.
I also tried multiple variations ("-user-data-dir...", / instead of , ...) but none worked.
Any idea what I did wrong?
Any hint very much appreciated because without getting this to work, my whole portability plans fail.
Greetings from Switzerland, Michael
