Temporal parameters legend stays after you switch from temporal parameters view

Steps to reproduce:

1). Load some files
2). Select Temporal Parameters from the data drop-down
3). Select a different option from the same drop-down

Expected behaviour: the legend (Peak, Latency, etc.) goes away.

Actual behaviour: it doesn't
