Adding features from permalink page to the feed pages on desktop

Right now on desktop, when you're looking at any of the 3 feeds (Local, Following, For You), you can't directly Follow an uploader or see when the content was uploaded. But you can when viewing the content via its permalink page. I think it'd be really nice to have same the layout from the permalink page on the feed pages as well. Some content make it hard to read the caption, so it'd be great to be able to see that as well, the way you can on the permalink page layout. I also really like that the "Copy link" button is so easily accessible on the permalink page, and I love that there's video controls on the permalink page.
